I don't know what your other anon is talking about, The Rookie was one of ABC's top rated shows last season and got an easy early renewal... Season four did great for the network and the show will probably continue to thrive regardless of how the spin-off does. The only show renewed faster was Grey's and that's one of the most popular shows on television. Just because your anon didn't like the season doesn't mean ABC didn't lol.
First, everyone is entitled to their own opinion about what's happening and why.
All of that might be true - but I think the writing and story arc for Chenford were crappy. There's so much they could have done with those two that they didn't. Such a missed opportunity IMO. i think Chenford got the short end of the stick last season. But that's me.
I hope that the show does continue to thrive and do well for the network. I still think it's stupid for their spin off to go up against the FBI night - but I'm sure they have their reasons for that.
I just hope that the Chenford fans don't have to sit through ANOTHER season of baby steps. I want gigantic leaps and bounds. Passion, connection, awkwardness, conversations and ACTION. Someone needs TO DO SOMETHING. ugh. Rude.
AN AUSTRALIAN scientist has discovered that giant, invisible, moving plasma tubes fill the skies above Earth.
If McConnell demonstrated that the lowly flatworm could recall its training after its head had been cut off, and its brain had grown anew, the experiment would show that memories could live outside the brain.
Memory in the Flesh: Can memories survive outside the brain?
This short video (four minutes) was presented to world leaders at the United Nations Climate Summit in New York that climate change is solvable. We have the technology to harness nature sustainably for a clean, prosperous energy future, but only if we act now. Narrated by Morgan Freeman, it calls on the people of the world to insist leaders get on the path of a livable climate and future for humankind.
Watch it, so you can see what world leaders watched.
Plus, the magical voice of Morgan Freeman (again).
"At 8 AM to open today’s climate summit, they are viewing Louie Schwartzberg's remarkable short film, What’s Possible. Narrated by Morgan Freeman and scored by Hans Zimmer, What's Possible shows that we are all inextricably united by one common goal – a sustainable planet – and that for the very first time, renewable energy technologies offer a viable path to get us there."
