Yall don't understand how much I crashed out as I battled self-doubt with this one, ate a whole self-loathing burger and then fell asleep only to wake up going "damn, I was really sadge, wasn't I?" and then I just slowly continued working on this AND added a proper background (hello??? How long has it BEEN?) and now and now and now—

Well... it's done? Lmaoooo the emotional rollercoaster was crazy but I survived, y'all. And that's all we need.

I experimented with a different line weight in this one. I can never decide if I like things better with thinner or juicier lines. What's my art style? Who knows. I just do what I feel like doing ahah

This was supposed to have a background but I've been on a roll to keep myself motivated for art—pushing away perfectionism and all 'at (ain't workin' too well)—so the moment I feel my energy dip, I wrap things up and stop there.
