Yeah so I drew Yona beside her Team Eager members and decided that her design wasn't good enough </3 Sooo I redesigned her a little!
I arranged this a little weirdly so... from the left: Yona in fully-activated jinki, Yona in partially-activated jinki, default Yona, hair-down Yona.
I don't know if this design will stick but we'll see. I'm definitely much happier with how it is now than before! The design feels more intentional.
Now I best get back to what I was working on before the rework was deemed necessary... If you wanna know more about Yona, you can read about her in the post down here~

My Gachiakuta OC's relationship chart with the Cleaners! All icons of the Cleaners were taken from the manga. I only illustrated Yona's icon.

Explaining each bond will take forever and I already yapped so much in the previous post so here are the more important ones:
Yona and Zanka have a mostly co-worker type relationship due to not being able to hangout much. However when they do, both of them feel a natural sense of kinship with each other, but they can't quite explain it themselves. I want to think of Yona being that kinda "the supportive sister I never had" typa thing.
Yona has the strongest bond with the Supporters—Tomme most of all. Her jinki's ability makes it that she often plays a more support-leaning role and she's a team player who does it with all her heart without overshadowing (...pun not intended) the others, so it makes the Supporters feel seen.
She absolutely loves Delmon's energy! Even if her eardrums would pop at any moment, she can't help but cheer along with him and in turn, Delmon sees that she can be just as passionate as him. On the flip side, Tamsy lowkey makes her cautious. She still tries to interact with him and they are amicable, but she can't shake the feeling that something's off.
She looooves the Stilzas. Period.

Now about my OC, lemme just paste what I yapped to my friends about her jinki...
"Kinda like how that raider with a spade can make mud marionettes, Yona's arm covers helps her manipulate shadows. The hood allows her whole body to be engulfed in shadow once she activates her jinki. She's not really a combatant, but she can fight if needed. She's more for utility.
She's mostly stationary, using her jinki to connect to any shadows in sight and she can reach her "arms" through it to either move things, take things, maybe even throw an unexpected punch and block attacks. I imagine she's especially useful in stealth operations or things like handling civilians during trash beast attacks or shelter during trash storms. She's probably besties with the supporters in that case.
+ adding to all that, even tho she can tap into any shadow she only has two arms, so she can easily get overwhelmed if she's not fast enough to handle a hoard of trash beasts. She is the most vulnerable when her two hands are occupied."
Personality? The illustrations I have of her so far don't portray it much but she's half your #1 hypeman, half the sleepiest to ever eepy. I gave her the last name "Rayon" just coz my sis figured a fabric-inspired name would be cool lol. Coincidentally though, "rayon" sounds like "lion" and I realized that with her hair down she looks like she has a lion's mane, so I used that idea as leverage for her personality.
She's an ambivert. She loves company and has no issues with starting conversation, and people usually enjoy her companionship. Being in Team Eager (I really don't know what the team's about ngl), she absolutely admires Delmon's passion and it makes her erupt in full support. She's just not loud hah. But she's definitely very passionate in carrying out her missions or supporting a cause.
However, when she's not hyped up, you'd often find her snoozing in the common areas of the Cleaners HQ. She can fall asleep just about anywhere as long as there are people around—she doesn't like being alone. She needs to recharge her social battery often but she does so quickly.
When she doesn't get to nap or if the missions come back-to-back, her upbeat personality simmers down to becoming serious and quiet. She doesn't avoid being with people, but she does avoid talking and most interactions. She doesn't smile like she usually would, but she doesn't necessarily become prickly either. Just very quiet and keeps to herself.
