Not trying to be prying or anything but why do you go by AJ? And why AJ specifically?

No worries anon!^^

AJ is an irl nickname I use, and though I wasn't too sure about using it online, I was more bothered that nobody (irl or online) really got my name right.

To elaborate, I have two first names and the first letters spell out AJ. I use it on here because as much as I despise having to use both of the names, it nagged at me a lot that people only used one part of my name, and it felt sort of wrong, like they got used to only knowing that one side of me and not the other.

So I just go by initials now! Hope this answers your question!!

I did quite a lot today, but here are the 3 main highlights!

• I met one of my mother's friends with almost the same name as me. She's amazing and oh my gosh- she's into PJO and a bunch other of my interests as well! She hung out with us for practically the whole day after my sister's fashion show, and I noticed that she and I had so much in common to the point that my mother would just give us the look when we both did the same thing!

• A little girl came up to me while I was helping out at a day home and told me that when she grew up, she wanted to be like me. I pretty much died on the spot.

• I finally got more baking supplies, so now I might actually go and sell some crinkles as a side quest!

.. Kay, this one is on a whim but fanonly, Leo x Echo.

HEAR ME OUT.

It's really off topic but they both know what it's like to feel completely invisible to everyone around them. Leo's always spiraling because he thinks of himself as the "useless seventh wheel" of the prophecy, and Echo is cursed by Hera to be ignored by the world and unable to voice her own thoughts.

But when they meet in MoA, Leo is one of the only people who actually looked for her, listened, and even validated her existence.

Personally, I like the academic and creative potential their dynamic could've had. One concept I love thinking about when it comes to this ship is Leo using his hyperactive brain of his to teach Echo Morse code, or both of them learning sign language together. If Leo invented a tactical workaround an greek curse just to give Echo her voice back, it would be a pretty sweet concept.

It also seems a lot healthier than Caleo, mostly because I feel like Rick just wanted everyone to have a partner by the end of HOO but I don't hate it.
