Whateverland point and click adventure game will release next month on Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. Due to the creative talents of developer Caligari Games. Coming to Steam, GOG, and Itch.io. Whateverland is the hand-drawn, point and click adventure game from Caligari Games. Due to drop you into a surreal world on Thursday, September 15, 2022. The Prologue is already available on Steam and GOG. Including support for both Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. It's actually worth playing with voiced dialogue. The same goes for the Demo on Steam, which does work via Proton. It's also a more updated version of the Prologue, should you choose. Whateverland, a world where morally grey souls are banished and transformed in a darkly comical way. Due to resulting in forms befitting their souls’ selfish desires. Which also ends up being the perfect place for professional thief Vincent. Stranded in this weird place, Vincent must seek an escape out of a makeshift society. One full of people no one would ever (willingly) get a drink with alongside a newfound–and not so helpful sidekick Nick. Discover new puzzles, storylines, and endings with nonlinear progression in Whateverland. Branching stores and a morality system stretch beyond the bounds of good and evil with lots of grey to play with. Vincent’s skills as a thief can help get what he needs or wants, but at what could be, a steep price. Vincent’s choices lead him down different paths containing more than 20 mini-games. Whateverland dark point and click adventure on Kickstarter for Linux, Mac and Windows PC that is closing soon. Thanks to developer Caligari Games. Which is already funded, since the crowdfunding campaign has passed the €16,700 ($18,870 USD) goal. Due to end in a few hours, plus there is a Free Prologue worth checking out. Caligari launched a Kickstarter campaign for Whateverland. A point and click quest, which also tells the story of Vincent. Who is a skillful thief imprisoned in a mysterious world by the will of a powerful witch. While the crowdfunding campaign and additional funding will allow the developers to complete the project on time. Due to release in December 2020. The Kickstarter has already well past the funding goal. Whateverland is an upcoming hand painted dark point and click adventure game. Which is also due to deliver a branching dialogue system. Plus non-linear gameplay, various endings, and a unique board game called “Bell and Bones”. That the developers themselves describe as a child of rugby and quidditch. Plus non-linear gameplay and various endings. Complete with a unique in-game turn-based strategy sports simulator. And the release is planned in mid-2020. We are using Unity Engine. And yes, we plan to make a Linux port. But it's too early to tell when that will be, but definitely by release.

Whateverland will tell the story of a skilled thief named Vincent. Who decides to steal a precious necklace from a mansion of a lonely old woman, Beatrice. His plan would have gone perfectly well. But when she catches him red-handed. She turns out to be an ancient powerful witch. As a punishment, Beatrice sends him to the parallel world she has created. As a result, the witch traps those she considers her enemies. The first inhabitants of this bizarre world called it Whateverland. And since then it kind of stuck. Vincent teams up with a weird guy named Nick. So together they are working to find a way out.
