In a pan over medium heat, add oil and fry the cubes tokwa until all sides are brown. Transfer into a plate set aside. 2. In the same pan saute garlic, onion and tomatoes until fragrant and translucent. 3. Add carrots and jolly mushrooms cook for 2 mins or carrots become tender, add togue and fried tokwa and patola cook for 2 to 3 mins. Add Season with salt and pepper to taste.
