So I recently became Facebook-less. I have been thinking about it several times and then one day, getting out of there just made sense. It's funny how aware I am now of how much time I spent scrolling down the new's feed, every now and then I catch myself opening a new tab on my window to open it.. so much like a reflex that it's kind of scary.
And it's funny, also, how I "suddenly" got reminded of Tumblr. Sometimes I think it's just this 21st century's need to put your thoughts out there, to archive them and maybe hoping someone gets to read them and agrees with you. To leave your mark, perhaps. For me, I just want to write. Seems like a good therapy for myself, and one that I widely enjoy.
So here, I put my flag on Tumblr ground. Now, at least, when I procrastinate, I get to see artsy stuff instead of life news about someone I added just to be virtually polite.
why?
