Holy hamstrings batman 😱here's day 5 (part 2) of #WhatWouldEricDo and all I can say is there's a reason I procrastinated this one. When the big man @aris_inmotion himself posts a video specifically to make you work on something you suck at, naturally it's going to suck 😂😂 I asked Eric how to work on opening my hamstrings and this is what he told me to do 😬👊 The 2 key things that make this tricky are.... 1, is keeping the leg straight through all the transitions and keeping the palm flat on the ground. 2, trying to not let the foot touch the ground at all until you switch sides. Mind you I couldn't keep my foot off the ground the entire time, but I was trying my damnedest to 😂😂 Its similar to a drill Eric taught @queenbryt91 last week and she posted for her first day of #WWED 💪 it starts with a pistol for @fullybakedyoga and then it's all about finding compression to be able to pull the leg through while the palm stays flat, transitioning into a half atomic frog, up into a twisted standing splits thing, back to half atomic frog, and compress back through to switch to the other side.
