So Prototype 1 is officially completed and I can now see a few things I'd like to tweak when going into 2. Also-
✨Pretty New Stitch Markers✨
They're so much nicer than what I was using before. Seeing them on my project brings me a little joy (≧∀≦)

While working on my pattern, I also ended up making several graphs, so....uh....yeah, those will be coming soon too 😂
There's a few spooky ones and another with little mushrooms!
I should've prepared myself for the agony of frogging prototypes while working on my pattern, watching hours of work vanish repeatedly.
At least it's worth it since the current prototype is looking exactly how I want it to after learning from all the mistakes 🤣
Well, things got really busy the past few months! I also ended up sick for a bit and needed time to recover.
In better news, the pattern I was working on is progressing after hitting a block for a while. I figured out how to make it work in the round since I personally hate weaving in ends 😂
I'd also love feedback while I work on getting the pattern done-
As a tester, what draws you to wanting to test a pattern, and how would you grade a pattern's difficulty level?
As a pattern maker, do you drop teasers or do you prefer to wait until it's complete?
I was excited about getting a new camera recently, but it turned out that it doesn't quite match up with the quality it claims to have. I will compliment its ability to capture color vibrancy in a way my phone doesn't, however, I can't fathom how this is 48mp 😂
It could be user error and I simply haven't found the right settings- despite trying many different ones- so I'm going to keep experimenting to see if I can get better quality pics or if this is the best it can do.
Recent sales helped me to buy more business supplies, including a small camera and a tripod! It'll take me a hot second to figure out the settings for the camera, but once I do, I'll be able to get back into making videos and taking better photos 😊
Thank y'all so much for stickin around!
And thank you so much to everyone helping support my small business, whether it be by sharing my work or getting something from my shop! It means a lot
Am I undoing hours of work multiple times 'cause I want this project to be as true to my idea as possible?
Yes, yes I am.
I want the end result to be as close to my vision as I can get, and for others to be able to replicate it when I release the pattern, so I'm learning different techniques to get both. I'm just so excited to bring this idea to life which is the only reason I'm able to maintain motivation after every frog lol I'm also remembering to take notes- thank goodness- so it'll be easier when I sit down to write the pattern!
The notes might be messy, but I know what they mean at least 😂
Strangely enough, since renaming to Wolf Hollow Creations, my shop and social media are actually showing up in google search like they're supposed to?? I'm not complaining, but it is curious to see. I wonder what it was about Mystical Wolf Creations that made it difficult to show up in search
My shop is also showing more traffic- even if not an increase in sales at this moment- so I can see a difference on the analytics side as well. Perhaps this change is related to how keywords are processed on Google's end 🤔
