Ship Headcanons day 17: Wheelclair!

Requests always welcomed, after this I only have one more non-poly pair unless someone asks for another ship.

• They always end up cuddled together whenever they have sleepovers, always waking up in a tangle.

• So stubborn, fights go on for a week or two until one finally breaks and apologizes or they decide to just move on.

• They've had an ongoing height contest since they met, always messing with each other about it and bragging when one gets taller, even by a centimeter. 

• Lucas is the one who cooks dinner almost every night, Mike can cook too but Lucas does it better, but Mike does breakfast for them.

• Date nights twice a month, they both argue over who's paying so they switch off everytime.

• They stay at Lucas's place during holidays when they go back to Hawkins, only visiting Mike's family but never sleeping over there.

• They're idiots when put together, even after dating. Always taking each other's side and lying for the other which thinking.

• Lucas going along with every idea Mike has, only to realize that's it's really stupid about halfway through. He's too far in now though.

• They both enjoy doing little things for each other so much. Lucas carries in groceries and Mike holds the door and car door open for him.

Lucas and Mike are the friends that always know where to hi-five even when they aren't looking at each other. Lucas can just hold out his hand, and Mike just knows to slap it, and vice versa.

Lucas and Mike are the friends that argue about any and everything, get mad and give each other the silent treatment, and instead of both of them apologizing they just show other ways to end their fighting by saying "You wanna come over and play Nintendo/You wanna come over and read comics?"

Lucas and Mike are the friends that can peer pressure Dustin and Will to do most things. They work together to get Dustin and Will to join them on their plans. Mike being the strategist and Lucas being the one to execute said strategy. A perfect match. Devious duo.

Wheelclair being the boys next door trope. They should be sneaking over to each other's houses all the time as kids/teens. They'd chat all the time on their radios. They literally bike everywhere together since they'd be going home together anyways. They are constantly bickering but in a playful way. Just like in s3, vending machines are their constant enemy. When Lucas is busy doing basketball practice, but Hellfire needs shirt sizes for the newbies, Mike automatically knows what size shirt to sign up for Lucas much to Dustin’s surprise. Since Lucas lives closer to Mike, he helps set up Mike's basement for party sleepovers. Both of them always compete in stupid stuff like eating contests or prank wars cuz they are friendly rivals.
