The dinobots which are beasformers, are the opposite of other cybertronians. They emerge as their beast form and later in life develop the ability to transform into their humanoid alt.

I love all the little bitlets, your drawings always make me happy 🥹 I gotta know... How's Optimus doing with all these babies? Is he a cool uncle? And does the matrix react to all these new Cybertronians around?

Optimus is a great uncle to all the bitties. He doesn’t always know exactly what he’s doing, but he gives it his all. It’s refreshing for him to spend time with them, because to the sparklings, he’s not a Prime or some symbol of leadership. He’s just Optimus: the big, gentle guy who lets them climb all over him and gives them treats when their creators aren’t looking. Plus the Matrix, which is tied so closely to Cybertronian life, loves the sparklings. It warms Optimus’ spark every time he sees them, no matter how heavy things get.
