This was an outrage--an absolute misdirection of justice in all its forms! With the Sakoku Decree lifted, Itto was glad to see that foreigners were not only not being harassed in Ritou, but seeing the splendor of the country for everything it had to offer. Really, it was great finding new people to chat up who didn’t possess inherent prejudice against an Oni.
But, given a free pass to perform on stage with none of the consequences he had to suffer through? It was a crime. Really, the redhead was quite the thespian, he had to admit, but why did it get a free pass when he got busted for so much as showing up? Surely, they had a sense of artistic honor!
And, he could probably feel the Oni’s eyes on it, too. Grumbling and standing with folded arms in annoyance, well--hopefully it didn’t lead to a confrontation!
