Listening to my body and doing a little more volume this week as I don't think I'd be able to hit the numbers due to lack of food/sleep/energy after my mini break plus my joints are not feeling brilliant. Still pushing to failure on my working sets but with moderate weight for higher reps and trying more than ever to feel the contraction more so than just moving the weight. This was my 4th out of 5 sets of lying curls.
