questions that make me realise how heavily i focus on characters in my writing :^)

Children's shouting from the other side of the main street had her look up. Across from the Silent Tambourine there was a sort of fountain, which had not been functional since the Worm's Gorge came into existence some hundred years ago. The water in the pool of it had gone green and brackish, and a vette had moved in long before she had arrived in town.

Are you of the “Tom Nook is a crook” or “Tom Nook is an honest businessman” opinion?

Tom Nook is a damn saint who never asks for anything other than what he’s owed, gives 90% of his money to an orphanage, will buy our literal garbage, and will sell you a house rent-free for roughly $500. Also he can somehow complete complex home renovations and relocations in a single night, while you’re in the house. Man is a legend.

Honestly, I do not understand why Tom Nook gets called greedy and conniving all the time, but literal con artist Crazy Redd gets a free pass.

Who were your first villagers?

This time around I had Renee and Teddy! Renee has since moved on, but Teddy is happy here and spends hours naruto running through the town daily. :D

Favorite fruit?

Honestly, you can’t go wrong with a good ol’ apple.

12. Talk about a new friend you made this year

I’ve met a girl called Carina at uni and she is one of the nicest and funniest people I have ever met, but I swear to god, not one word that comes out of her mouth makes sense. I love talking and working with her and I think she should become a comedian.

20. What’s something you learned this year?

That even when I stress myself out and psych myself out and I can’t see the end clearly, I can still push myself to do it, and I can still do it! And I can still make something good!

23. If you could send a message to yourself back on the first day of the year, what would it be?

I answered this earlier with “start saving money”, but apart from that I would say “just prepare yourself for the stress. Just breathe.”

oh gosh, i hope you’re alright!

thanks! luckily the bleeds never lasts long, only for a minute or so (i’ve had some lasting more than ten minutes before!), so crisis averted lol. i’m definitely seeing my doctor soon, preferably before Easter but i need time and money so we’ll see
