It’s tradition in my family to have corned beef and cabbage every St. Patty’s day. I’m going to be honest although I ❤️ corned beef it’s hard to make it look pretty. So here it is in all its glory. Made in the crockpot (my favorite kitchen gadget) with Guinness beer, bay leaf, salt and pepper. I cooked the potatoes separately because I didn’t want them to fall apart.
