Recently I’ve decided to try out the Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% Whey Protein. The label says its got 25 grams of protein in a 30 gram scoop. Also, I’ve got to say, it tastes great. It even has some real oreo-ish crushed cookie chunks in the mix (I got myself a tub of the cookies and cream flavour, by the way).
Another thing I like about it is that it settles well in my tummy and doesn’t make me feel bloated or gassy. To seal the deal, Prostar 100% Whey is priced well compared to pretty much all other similar products around. Now, time to make some gains!
