so my plans got cancelled tonight.. EUROVISION I AM ALL YOURS BABY

I have a major case of senioritis right now...

escorting has been going ok this semester but the last two times i went i left feeling terrible and drained bc the protestors were being really awful and there were a couple of tense emotional situations with patients—it's 40 days for life right now which means there are a lot more protestors than usual and they're being a lot more forceful

and tomorrow i'm supposed to go but i've had a really rough week and i already feel drained and tired and like i need to take care of myself

i asked the facebook group and typical to student orgs no one else will even ANSWER me about whether or not they can go except to say they can't

i really just want to take the morning off and take care of myself but if no one else can go i don't want the patients to have to deal with that with no buffer, and it looks like i'm gonna feel terrible if i stay and feel terrible if i go

and i just don't know what to do, i know that i'm just so bad at learning to put myself first and i really feel that i need this time for self care but i can't stop thinking about the patients and i'm so worried i'm sort of crying?? i hate this and i have no idea what to do
