2019 Skincare favorites pt.1
CeraVe SA Cleanser: I love using this day and night to cleanse my skin of all the dirt and oil. It is not stripping at all and I has really improved the texture of my face
Dickson’s Witch Hazel Toner: I only use this toner in the mornings and it has helped with the texture and the little bit of acne that I have on my face. It also does a pretty good job at getting the remaining dirt off my face when I’m done cleansing.
The Ordinary Toner Glycolic Acid 7%: This is the toner I use at night. It has exfoliating properties, but not too harsh on my skin. I’ve noticed a big change in my t-zone area after I started using this and it became so much brighter.
Clique Moisturizing Gel: This is the moisturizer that I like to use at night before I go to bed. It’s very hydrating, yet lightweight at the same time. It’s for oily skin, but I use this product during the winter on my extremely dry skin as well and it worked like a charm. This product also sits very well on my skin
Paula’s Choice Glow Essential Moisturizer SPF 30: I typically only use this during the day for it’s SPF properties. I will admit, I don’t really think it holds up to it’s ‘glow’ claim all that well, but it works WONDERS to control my oil which is why I like it.
MAC Fix+: I spray this on my face after the Paula’s Choice Moisturizer. I don’t have any actual reason to do this, but I just do even when I’m not wearing makeup during the day.
Mario Badescu Drying Lotion: I’m sure a lot of people have heard of this product before, but I only use this on an as needed basis (usually during that time of the month). It works really well. I recommend using it right when you spot a pimple and not waiting it out. Just put this on with a q-tip and leave it on overnight. For me it works within 1-2 uses.
