Sorry but I hate when people say “the fandom wrote characters better than JKR” like I hate her but that’s not true..

I notice that I get into these thinking spirals where I get stuck on a particularly line of reasoning I have to pursue, and I burn midnight oil, and there's a bit of manic quality to it as others have pointed out, but then at some point it starts to exhaust itself and starts acting like we think an LLM trained and re-trained on its own data would act.
