Honey and lavender cream. Sweet. Intriguing.
I forgot to say last night, but now I'm about four or five months clean from an addiction I had for years!! I've come so far since the beginning of the year and I'm very happy with where I am now
diversity WIN coras sprite set is FINISHED and she has MORE THAN ONE MAIN BODY POSE
Apparently I've managed to make my sister question my sexuality
We were talking about dating as a hypothetical, and she just kind of went "what do you know, you don't have a... (hesitates)... boyfriend? girlfriend? whatever..." and I found this very entertaining
i just really like her, man. i like her and i want to be her boy more than anything else in the world.
I can't articulate it well, but I absolutely love the character development of the elevator scene in Thor Ragnarok. Thor has, by all appearances, finally given up on Loki. He tried this once before in TDW, and Loki only laughed, because of course Thor won't kill him. They're brothers.
But the thing is, Thor has learned to lie. He would like nothing better than to live his life side-by-side with his little brother whom he loves more than anything. Instead, he rambles on about how they need to go their separate ways and be their own people, and he is braced to accept the consequences if Loki believes him.
Their pattern before was always "Thor reaches out, Loki says/does something terrible, Thor gets angry but reaches out again anyways" and Loki knew he could count on it.
Now Thor is telling him that he won't chase his brother down, he's learned his lesson, and Loki sees he really means it this time. The bottom drops out of his cheerful antagonism and he instinctively blurts out the first lie he can think of, because if there’s anything Loki does, it’s be predictable when he’s emotionally compromised. Cue: body double and treachery.
Thor catching onto said body double and anticipating said treachery is new, though. He’s learning. He meant what he said when he implied he wouldn’t be reaching out this time.
But Loki? Loki has learned to tell the truth with his actions. And, for the first time, Loki reaches out on his own. He leads that rag-tag group on a clunker ship all the way back to (literally) Death herself.
Thor smiles. "You're late."
(I hoped you'd come.)
"You're missing an eye."
(Are we stating the obvious now?)
So glad I started watching The OA because this means another relatable trans character seen in media. Hell yeah.
