you ever have those recurring realizations where you know something but then suddenly it really hits you

and then a month or two later it really htis you again

i again realize how alike polyamory and aromaticism/asexuality is in terms of mindset

bc ppl (past me included) think its a spectrum of romantic/sexual attraction with arospec/acespec on one side and polyamory on the other, and allo shit in the middle

but its more like a spectrum of societal shit allo shit is on one side of the spectrum representing society's views and arospec/acespec and polyamory are on the other side

bc they (we? i might by polyam idfk tho) collectively looked at allo/amato/bullshit-normativity and went

"fuck that shit"

At the kids house again. This is how its gonna be for a while now. Fell asleep talking to A last night (A is the guy Ive been on about lately btw) that hasn't happened in a while. I think he was acting weird and standoffish before because he freaked the fuck out. He's not used to having these sort of arrangements I guess and he skidded. Since we talked he's seemed more relaxed. Either cos he knows I'm not expecting anything from him or because he feels better having talked about it Idk but he's acting like he wants to properly get to know me. I don't know if that's cos he is interested in me or because he likes having me around as a friend either way there's no pressure which is making him loosen up at last . Tbh I think I'm leaning more towards friends as I don't feel like anything serious would be a good idea. It sucks though if its an all or nothing deal with him, like ether serious relationship or just friendship because our chemistry is pretty unbelievable. Hence the reason for him freaking out. Stuff happened that he's only done in a relationship and he doesn't know what to think haha. Bless.
