realty hard time with personal hygiene lately i wish my bedroom didnt keep turning into a garbage dump and i could brsuh my teeth more
#i let my dental insurance run out which sucks#it always feels like when i get a grasp on doing better in one aspect of my life in consumes so much out of my that everything else goes to#complete shit#and then i feel guilty as hell for playing horse game that makes me feelgood when i dont have energy#mmaybe i can do an everything bath today. baths are nice i find those easier maybe i can take a gargle cup to brush my teeth with#while in bath#whole room is overwhelming but maybe i can do my bed at least
