A twist on the classic Moscow Mule, the Horsefeather Whiskey Mule substitutes vodka with whiskey, giving it a richer flavor profile while maintaining the refreshing qualities of the original cocktail.

Ingredients: 2 oz whiskey. 1/2 oz fresh lime juice. 3 dashes Angostura bitters. Ginger beer, to top.

Instructions: Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour whiskey, fresh lime juice, and Angostura bitters over the ice. Top up with ginger beer and gently stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge, if desired.
