DRDT Upside Down AU - The Chapter 2 Culprit.

WARNING FOR implied su1c1de, as well as canon DRDT spoils

Considering Veronika, the Ultimate Skateboarder, is the victim of this chapter...it makes you want to know who the culprit is.

And the answer…is Whit Young, the Ultimate Comedian.

His reason for killing Veronika was the opposite of Ace's for killing Arei. Whit wanted to die. He wanted to be with his mom again. He had already tried to end his life a few times before. But he couldn't do it without guilt weighing on him. So he figured that if he killed someone and was found out, that guilt would leave him.

"If Whit wanted to die, why didn't he confess immediately?" Nobody would have believed him, since he was already a victim of Levi's attempted murder. So…he decided to just let the trial play out & let the mystery be solved piece by piece.

And his last words before his execution?

"Please…just tell Ace…that I'm sorry."
