THE CHAIN GANG OF 1974, WHITE GUTS
I came across this electronic band the other day called The Chain Gang of 1974. They recently released their new album, Wayward Fire through Modern Art Records. After listening to it, I came to the conclusion that we had another electro-pop band on our hands with sounds similar to Passion Pit and groups like that. I'm not really into that sort of stuff so I decided to dig a litte deeper and I noticed their first album, White Guts is a trillion times better. It was released last april and it's more on the electro-punk scale right next to Datarock, The Faint, and The Rapture, and The Presets. If you like songs about doing drugs, getting fucked up, and partying, then the song above is for you. Enjoy.

Just can't get enough of The Chain Gang of 1974. Here's my prom do-over theme song "Don't Walk Away" off White Guts.
