Hot Pink White Ice (#fe56c4 to #f1fdfd)

So if y’all haven’t noticed, I love Ghiaccio
the cold doesn’t bother me anyway
You know good and god damn well what this is about...
...Distracted driving. It’s dangerous. Someone please help that poor baby orange. Or at least steer the boat for him before he puts it into a wall.
Okay science side of tumblr, I got an interesting one for ya. Anyone here seen Kim Possible?
Well, if you haven’t, or don’t remember, best Saturday morning cartoon girl ever. Super spy that fought supervillains trying to take over the world all while still in high school.
Now, Kimmie’s done some pretty absurd things- she’s swum the English channel, punched out a Great White, landed a space shuttle after seeing it done once... by a monkey, and most fictitious of all, kept a 4.0 GPA in High School while fighting supervillains on a daily basis and having an active social life.
But possibly the most absurd thing she’s done, even for her, is what I present to you today- in the season 2 episode Hidden Talent, Drakken has tricked her and placed her into a death trap which has her 1)trapped in chains 2) inside a titanium box 3) in a “bottomless” chasm (actually it’s just really really deep) 4) which is being filled to the brim with water 5) man eating sharks 6) and a giant squid,- and the creme de la creme and focus of this post, a six foot layer of ice. Kim gets past all the other stuff (obviously), but the six feet of ice is the most important.
Drakken states that the six foot ice he makes with the freeze ray is glacial ice, a.k.a blue ice. And the way Kim gets past it is...
by singing a high note.
Now, by doing some basic research, I’ve learned two things.
One, Blue ice is a hell of a lot fucking harder than White ice a.k.a. the ice you see frozen on a lake in winter.
Two, glass can be shattered this way, I believe because of its internal friction- but simply put, Ice does not work this way, not even White Ice.
So, can we get some calcs on this science tumblr? How powerful does Kim’s voice have to be to for the sound-waves to break six feet of blue ice? And how impossibly tough does Kim have to be to not only pull this note off without killing herself, but also immediately burst out of the water with vigor after dealing with the physical stress of this entire death trap?
Edit: I would like to note that I’m not trying to be cynical or anything, I was just curious about the measurements on this thing.
