White Lover’s Ice Cream  白い恋人

Location: I think it’s more of a pop up shop, or a smaller chain of the main White Lover’s factory/company, and it was outside a museum that had a statue for a really good doggo (who I believe helped the fire department), and I hope that’s all you need to know 

Price: 350 yen

Not a drink, but ice cream is really just a drink given time, and this is special ~ White Lover’s ~ Ice Cream, the star Hokkaido biscuit that everyone buys as souvenirs. The first time I was in Hokkaido with my family, we bought boxes and cans and tins of it, and I still have two metal boxes which I now use to keep other things. The packaging is really lovely; the country overall has just the most amazing packaging I’ve ever seen (though, oof on the plastic and paper consumption). The ice cream has a very strong fresh milk taste, the chocolate sweet and tender, and the mix version is like eating a sweet and milk chocolate milkshake, and everything is lovely, like lovers huddled together in the winter under glowing streetlights.
