correction ! the term ( replacement level ) referring to ( birth rate ) simply refers to the academically accepted 2.2 minimum per female required to maintain the population of a country ! not any particular ethnic / racial group ! that being said the white british female birth rate in england and wales is below 1.4 per female and total white british births accounted for less than 54% of all new born babies ! or put another way just over half and sinking year on year ! thanks !
