Ingredients: 6 cups mixed salad greens. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced. 1/2 cup radishes, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup roasted sunflower seeds. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup dried cranberries. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh blueberries. 1/4 cup fresh raspberries.
Instructions: In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, and red onion. In a small skillet, toast the sliced almonds over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside. Add the roasted sunflower seeds, crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, and toasted almonds to the salad bowl.
