{ ☯ } — Miyako let herself be lowered onto the futon, her features pinched with discontent. They had been travelling on the road for days until they finally reached a place to rest properly, and needless to say Miyako was exhausted. This was her first time ever travelling… maybe she wasn’t cut out for this kind of thing. What worried her the most was that Tomo would decide to send her back home to Kyoto if she kept weighing him down.

“Sorry…” she apologized, her voice soft and rather meek. “This won’t happen again… I promise…”

Eve thanks for writing this and I am responding to let you know I’ve seen this and I acknowledge it. I believe that forgiveness comes to those that truly are apologetic and wish for atonement. It is hard enough in real life to decipher someone’s true intent, let alone over the internet, where all someone can see is a bunch of text. I am a firm believer that actions speak louder than words. If you are sincere then time will show and things will take is natural course as to anything that needs to be mended. Thanks for taking a step in that direction.
