elena gilbert u are as complex as you think you are but you were born to be a writer… a dreamer… something fantastical… NOT a doctor. i get the arc, they start teasing it when she sees Meredith use vampire blood to save humans in the hospital and then in season six she goes to medical school or wtv but… girl ur in love with vampires and vampire blood and vampire brothers and the mysticism of it… i get loss being a huge part of her identity but the fix to that which she gravitates towards isnt fixing people medically… its using magic and vampires!!!! watching s6e5 and the scene where elena heals the corn maze girl using her blood and then she watches liam save another girl by sticking a pen in her tracheae and its great but… my girl wants the Quick Fix of vampire blood. she was turned using vampire blood in the medical way… she wanted to be a vampire doctor….
