You feel it not even moments after the thoughts begin to brew in your mind. His breath on your neck. And your world stills. You can feel each hot puff of air against your neck in the frigid night. You hadn’t even heard him, and the ground was covered in snow. How the hell did he do that? You don’t know, all you know is it’s too late now. There’s a looming shadow being cast over you, the same one that has been for months now. You’re terrified.
As you turn around to face the shadow that’s been terrorizing your life for the last month, you see him for the first time. He’s massive. Much larger than you, standing almost around 6”6 and nearly all muscle. He has to be nearly 300 pounds, you think to yourself as you try and take his appearance in. You instinctively take a step back to get a better position to look up at him from. He’s hunched over, grinning. Spit is hanging from a set of lethal canines of his own, and he’s salivating at just the sight of you. He’s most certainly not at full height, yet you still feel tiny under his shadow. He has a light fur lining that surrounds his neck and drops down to cover his shoulders and his nape, in a brown and orange outfit. With it he has brown boots and brown gloves to match. He’s blonde with mutton chops and whited out eyes. He’s feral. Just like you, but worse. He embraced his feral nature, you did not.
Your knees are shaking. You have never felt this type of fear before. Your face must have conveyed the feeling because he makes a soft noise then, with a distinctive mocking and dangerous tone. This man was a predator. No wait, he wasn’t a man. He was an animal pretending to be a man.
“Aw, sweetheart don’t be afraid.” He croons at you.
