The Heirs of Set
These are both my custom warbands, based on these two guys who’ve got so much goddamn drip
So you see why I’m outsourcing my decision making here

so in the lore for the Hammers of Osterhagen, I've written down that they venerate "On the Great Skarosian Xenocide and the Emperor's Folly", written by "II" (obviously the Second Primarch), as some kind of holy text/operational manual, and that's why they do the whole "nomad-predation fleet" thing and steal everyone's taranium and generally just kind of aren't fun to be around, because that's what II wrote is what you have to do to fight the Daleks
but they're also not II Legion descendants, like that's something I'm being very clear on, they're probably actually Ultramarines, maybe with a bit of Dark Angels as their very Dreadwing-y heraldry suggests, and if they aren't, they're Death Guard, maybe World Eaters (the other Legions not the II involved in the aforementioned xenocide)
“Da Propa Frood's Guide to Krumpin' da Galaxy an' Generally Bein' a Hoopy Git an' All" by Dug-Less Orkams is a strange book I just came up with while hammering out Da Dalek Killaz, and all I know about it is, re: Daleks, it says "they ain’t never willin' to give ya a propa scrap, always krumpin' gitz from a ways away, and they can zoggin' fly"
timeline the Ordo Chronos is aware of in WhoHammer: Malcador, Dorn, and Loken decide to Osterhagen Key the Emperor’s car because they think this “Dark King” shit is wack
A lot of people were having to get used to working with aliens, mutants, and other “unclean” sorts very quickly. The only thing keeping it from going badly was the announcement by some Commissar-Colonel [Thalia]’d never heard of that anyone “engaging in unauthorized anti-xenos activities” would be considered a Dalek collaborator and executed. The logic, she gathered, was that the Daleks wanted to kill all life in the universe, so killing aliens as usual was playing right into their hands, and since they were the foulest of the foul when it came to xenos horrors, nobody should want to commit such a flagrant heresy as aiding them in their goals. It really wasn’t logic, by her standards. But the non-logic confused most people enough to decide it was a problem for after the current crisis was over, and the threat kept enough of the rest in line that it wasn’t all that hard cleaning up those who wouldn’t, under any circumstances, suffer the alien to live, even if the Emperor himself told them to.
kharn will see a dalek emperor and be like "anyone gonna eat that" and not wait for an answer
the Heirs of Set leadership
in general: five sick little freaks who enjoy killing
Imhotep: old fart who sits in a labyrinth all day, tricking people into dying
Kharis: addicted to making the High Lords of Terra start wars that kill trillions
Nyarlath: archaeologist with a betrayal fetish
Ahmanet: pretending to be really into doing charity work because she also has a betrayal fetish
Busiris: acts like a sugar daddy to countless planetary governments because, guess what he has?
naturally, Imhotep’s constantly thinking “why did these sick fucks survive the Vlka Fenryka attack on Phaester Osiris?” to which Sutekh says “come on, just kill them, you can start a new cult and get new acolytes, it’ll be so easy” and he says “that’d require getting them all in one place, my dark lord, I don’t want to look at them (it’s hard enough having to have psychic conferences)”
