Whole30 day 22! This has flown by and drug on if I'm being honest. Im@so thankful for the support of @stephjean4 throughout this. She's really been my rock and helped me push through. Thank you so much girl! A little over a week. And I'm feeling like freedom is in sight. Not sure what to think about the end feeling like freedom... does that mean I need another whole30? Does that mean I felt like I was lacking the support I needed during this from those closest to me? Does it mean I finally broke my emotional ties with food and can start living my food freedom? Do I not have enough variety in my meals? ALL THE QUESTIONS. I'm hoping some introspection at the end will help me answer those questions. I felt quite deprived during this whole experience which was new for me. #whole30 #whole30day22
#whole30day22 #whole30 #accountability Workout at 5:30 am - so hard for me to do! I didn't eat before and was very sluggish, but did 25 min on the elliptical. Breakfast: larabar Lunch: left over steak, boiled eggs over romaine Snack: macadamia nuts Dinner: left over steak, potatoes and zucchini. Unsweetened applesauce for dessert.
