#whole30day30 #whole30 #accountability I made it! A few bumps along the way but I'm not stopping. I like not being hungry. It's great to not just want to eat everything in site lol! I'm proud of accomplishing my Whole 30! #whole30day29 #whole30 #accountability I ate an egg and peach, left over shredded pork and Hu Hot- all whole foods. #whole30day28 Jacks birthday! I didn't have cake! Or ice cream. Wow. I didn't need it #whole30day27 coffee with nutpods is so wonderful! Ate good all day, except too many larabars- I probably need to eliminate those. Then I had whiskey again, guess I'm "reintroducing" alcohol... Only side effect - I dream about food and eating it - apple pie, specifically. Weird. #whole30day26 Stressful, busy day. Morning I had larabar and coffee with nutpods - so good, had several cups! Lunch had Wendy's chicken pecan salad w/o dressing. Dinner: steak, peach... Whiskey... Stressful day over.

Lunch at a burger place: I had a burger with grilled mushrooms and no bun. I did have some fries- they tasted fresh and good! Late dinner of tuna and "That's It" fruit bar.

Breakfast: larabar Lunch: left over steak, boiled eggs over romaine Snack: macadamia nuts Dinner: left over steak, potatoes and zucchini. Unsweetened applesauce for dessert.

Breakfast: steak, spinach and egg scramble. Pool party... Today I skipped all the drinks! Dinner: everyone wanted tacos, @johnrode1 made me steak with avocado and romaine - it was wonderful!

Post: larabar Lunch: grilled steak over romaine, egg, tomato with oil & vinegar. Then we went to a get-together and I ended up having a drink. Just a small one, but it sure was sweet. So, technically, I'm supposed to "start over", but I'm just going to keep going and keep being accountable. I don't plan to stop at 30 days, this is a lifestyle change!

All good stuff with 2 eggs without the soy sauce. I had sesame seed oil and lime juice. On the way home I was very hungry- had pressed by kind fruit bars. Dinner: I made ground turkey and zucchini and ate it over romaine. The kids wanted cinnamon rolls... I wasn't too tempted, but had more applesauce and almond butter.

Skipped the yummy smoothy bar because all the options had added crap :( Didn't have time to make anything for lunch - it to go get anything... I had a package of tuna and someone brought tomatoes and cucumbers from their garden = awesome, fresh lunch! Stopped at the grocery store to find something for dinner. Snacked on macadamia nuts on the way home. Dinner: Made tenderized steak, boiled potatoes, squash and strawberries. It was wonderful. I worked out! #whole30plusexercise

I did WIN at eating out at a Mexican restaurant though! They served hot dogs, chips and cookies. I had 2 larabars!

John told me whatever I'm doing - keep doing it! :) Love this bacon! I LOVE bacon and this is better than regular but so $$$. Breakfast: 3 fried eggs with mushrooms and bacon! Lunch: salad with avocado Dinner: John cooked some sausage he found that doesn't have preservatives/sugar. It was spicy but good.

Saturday- had some time this morning so I made a frittata, cooked some chicken for later and some other prepping. Breakfast: spinach frittata with left over roast. Snack/lunch: cherries and larabar Almond butter & unsweet coconut Dinner: ate some of the chicken and some snow peas.

Lunch: Applebee's avocado, grapefruit, chicken salad. It was pretty too! I skipped the dressing. Dinner: I had some almonds and a banana, kept meaning to get up and make something, but wasn't very hungry so I didn't... Weird!

Not sure if I'm just tired, but I've been so draggy every since. I ate a package of tuna when I got home. Running low on food so went to the grocery store. Felt better after that, but not especially hungry. Had unsweet applesauce with unsweet coconut and a few almonds. Didn't take a pic of any of my meals, but I did prep for tomorrow (crockpot 2x in one week - who am I?!)
