Making a Poke Bowl for dinner - so excited!
OMG - this 👆🏻was DELICIOUS. Definitely making more variations of this. I crumbled some of the seaweed on top and once I mixed everything up I scooped some onto the remaining sheet and rolled it up, soooo goooood.
After finishing the bowl I ate another sheet of seaweed with the rest of the guacamole. It was yummy too. I’m thinking seaweed wrap sammiches in the future!
Not a great photo, I’d already started eating when I thought to snap one so I’d remember the idea.
After eating the above I rewarded myself with 2 scoops of cashew butter and 8 almonds. 😂
I can eat a lot of food. And it scares me.
