So I need some help paleo friends! I wouldn't say I'm full on sick but I am trying to prevent it. I went out of town for thanksgiving and haven't been feeling great and it has gotten worse. Call me crazy but I think not eating my normal food full of vitamins and minerals has really made a difference in fighting this. What are your favorite paleo friendly sick remedies?
