I went to see a play today and complimented one of the actresses afterward, and she got so excited, asked my name, complimented my name, then gave me a hug. I was feeling pretty sucky before going to see the show but that honestly made my night. I hope her and all the other actors are doing amazing <3

One time I was in the library and I accidentally started playing my classical music out loud instead of in my headphones and I kept turning it up wondering why I couldn’t hear it and this girl sitting in front of me turned around and said “hey girl your music is playing out loud.” And i was super embarrassed and i apologized to everyone around me and she said to me “hey, it’s okay! It’s good music! Like, compositionally, you’re a boss ass bitch.” And that stuck with me.

one of my favourite moments working retail:

it actually happened on black friday. i was working with a customer, being all excited and shit, and helping her find what she came in for. after i talked up this product that she liked, cause it was on sale, she looked me dead in the eye and said;

“you are a terrible person. I mean, you are great at your job, but you are horrible.” and ended up buying everything i talked up.

after she checked out, she sought me out just to thank me.

Best part about taking my dog to the beach this past weekend was the random person walking up to us and going “oh my gosh, is that a little dog in a little life vest????”
