Picked up a whole choice beef tenderloin from @harterhouseeastgate yesterday! I cut it into six fillets and vacuum sealed them according to the portion size my wife and I eat. I left one tip whole to use in a Wellington and the other side was cut into diced “tips”. Stay tuned for my cooks!
