Taco Tuesday! Tonight’s meal is one I have been wanting to try for a while. Birria tacos are one of my new favorites. While I didn’t make them with goat or sheep, these turned out fantastic. I used a choice @showmebeef chuck roast from @pricecutter and used the @meatchurch recipe. Being my first time, these were a huge pain in the ass the first 2-3 that I made. The tortillas fell apart and my temps were too high and I burned my fingers, haha. The recipe is great, the beef was tender, and these were super delicious!
