i'm jealous, i've been baking bread for years and like suddenly there's no flour i'm like fuck i was not consulted lol

CHECK YOUR LOCAL BAKERIES! That’s where I’ve been buying mine--they grind it every morning! Also, it’s excellent quality flour and has been making A+ bread. I’m definitely a convert. You might also try googling for local independent mills in your area. They are more common than you’d think. Because, yeah. I haven’t seen flour in the normal store for two weeks now.

what really makes this pic tbh is that u tried to keep is all neat and organized in a million little jars but there was still enough to need three gallon ziplocs lol

IN MY DEFENSE they are quart bags haha. I overestimated how many jars I had for storage.

that happened to me 3/4 of he way thru undergrad like suddenly i woke up with character development like all confident and less anxious and it lasted a long time like a year or so until a year or so into vet school when i started ti get burnt out again

i've jammed my toe to purple badness a few times and like balls how would anyone know the difference between that and a break unless it fell off ugh. hope it's just jammed and hope it heals fast. bummer bro =(

“like balls how would anyone know” cracked me up & also is real af. like my pinkie toe is what 1.5 cm?? hard to even tell if there’s like. a joint. in existence there. much less differentiate on injuries

I feel it’s probably not actually broken bc it hurts but like....not that much? like less than sometimes when I’ve bruised a toenail
