2) Where are you from?
I'm from Wisconsin, but I live in Minneapolis. Well, part time. I currently WORK in Wisconsin, seasonally, so I stay with my parents in WI for part of the week and then go back to my apartment in Minnesota Saturday - Monday.
3) Who is your favourite actress?
Ooooh. Courteney Cox, maybe Karen Gillan because she's my spirit animal, Jennifer Aniston as well...and I can see myself really loving Jenna-Louise Coleman!
4) If you could star in any TV show/Movie, which one would it be?
FRIENDS. But since that's obviously not possible, Doctor Who.
5) What was the last book you read?
Jeez, I haven't read a book in awhile. That makes me sad. I need to stop using the 'busy' excuse and pick something up! I'm fairly certain it was The Lovely Bones, which I borrowed from my roommate. She has a whole BOOKSHELF FULL of things I haven't read, and it really excited me when she moved in and said I could borrow anything I wanted to read, but like I said... I've been SO busy.
6) The happiest thing that have ever happened to you
Hmm. Probably the thing that has brought me the most continuous happiness for the past 6 years is finally meeting my celebrity crush/obsession that I had all throughout high school (Justin Guarini) in 2006, and becoming friends with him and his family. They are all phenomenal people and wonderful friends, and a constant source of joy in my life.
7) Who is your role model?
Lady Gaga, Justin, his wife Reina (She's an AMAZING woman and has become the big sister I never had - and sometimes really need.)
8) 1 book that changed your life or the way you view it?
Hmm, book? I'm drawing a blank right now, but as an extension of my answer for question six, I suppose the TV show that changed my life would be American Idol by way of introducing me to and making me a fan of Justin in the first place, which was obviously an important step.
9) Who is more attractive: Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch, or Jensen Ackles?
To me? Benedict. And then Jensen. I have a huge thing for Benedict, and I wouldn't really go as far as to say I have a crush on Jensen,but he's definitely very attractive.
10) One phrase you say all the time?
This changes a lot because I pick up a lot of my 'phrases' and mannerisms from other people (subconsciously), but lately, hmm... well, when something is REALLY funny, I tend to say "HELP!!!" a lot.
11) One movie/tv show/band you don’t like that everyone else seems to love?
Hmm. Well, I'm not really a fan of the Lord of the Rings franchise. I saw the first one way back when it came out with a friend, and I couldn't even pay attention... I just sat there and waited for it to be over. I tried to watch the same one again last year, and I only got about 20 minutes in before I was completely lost. Funnily, I didn't remember ever seeing ANYTHING that I was seeing then, so obviously I seriously could not pay attention or recollect anything that I was watching the first time around.
I'm not saying it's not good, because that's clearly not the case, but it's obviously just not my thing.
My Questions 1) What fandoms are you in?
Lady Gaga (not really a 'Tumblr fandom' as much as others, but a fandom all the same!), Doctor Who, Sherlock... that's mostly what I post, as well as other things I see that I'm also a big fan of, like Friends, Spice Girls, various other Brit-pop, etc.
2) Who do you ship? Who are your OTPs?
River/Eleven, Mattex, Johnlock a little bit - I'm really not into the super sexual stuff with Johnlock, but I adore the cutesy romantic stuff and of course friendship. Umm... Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta :P
OTP is River/Eleven and Mattex for sure.
3) What ships can’t you stand?
There aren't really any ships that I can't stand since it's all down to personal preference, but I can't read Eleven or Matt with anyone other than River or Alex. Or basically anything that counteracts my OTPs.
4) Any New Year’s Resolutions?
Be healthier. Lose weight (by being healthier). Exercise more (as in, ever, since I don't). Be better with my money and build up my savings. Meet Lady Gaga again at The Born This Way Ball. Maybe go to more than the one show that she's playing in my area. Visit friends in other states. Finally go to London, but I'm not sure if that will be feasible this year.
5) How old is your Tumblr?
My archive says my first post was on May 11, 2009. So nearly 4 years old! Damn.
6) Have you made any Tumblr buddies?
I'd like to think so! A few anyway. I haven't formed many online friendships like the ones I have on other sites yet through Tumblr, but maybe I'll make that another one of my New Years resolutions!
7) What books do you like?
I love to read, and I like anything I can really get into... so I guess I'm not too picky! I don't know if I really have any favorite books - at least not any I can think of off the top of my head. I like mystery, horror (though I try not to read those at night because they scare me, lol! Since that's when I usually read, I don't read too many of those), romance I suppose, just thrillers in general, some fantasy but I don't like all books like that (again, just not my thing... doesn't interest me as much so I have a hard time paying attention and retaining what I'm reading). I like reading things that can make me FEEL. I also like silly little young adult fiction books that I can just breeze through for mild entertainment.
8) If you could choose any one person from any one fandom to meet and become best friends with, who would you choose?
Umm... like the 'celebrity' or character, or an actual fan? I'll go with fan, and in that case, I've already met tons of great, life-long friends through fandoms that I never would have met otherwise. I started making friends that way about 11 years ago now, once I started really using the internet. I found some of my best friends that way. I'm obviously always open and excited to meet more, since there's really nothing like mutually fangirling together over something with someone!

July 17, 1988
10) What did you get for Christmas that you really really loved?
I got TONS of Doctor Who stuff from my sister, which I'm really pleased with and excited about. Series 7 Part 1 on DVD, a t-shirt, an Adipose stress toy, a TARDIS water bottle, a voice clip keychain, the poster of Van Gogh's painting of the TARDIS exploding, a calendar... I got a camera from my parents that seems really neat. I also got 3 Olivia Newton-John films that I've loved for over a decade, but have either never had, or just never had on DVD.
11) What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to work in the music industry, on the business side. I've done some schooling for it, but I still need to go back and finish. I ultimately want to do artist promotion/management/development. As of now, I dabble in it as a hobby and do a lot of the online networking and promotion for Justin, as well as some of my other friends who are musicians.
