I think Clara is sort of a birthday present for River's husband. She told him not travel alone, and he did. Then, he became a hermit. Madame Vastra contacted River and they devised a plan based on some one that piqued his interest (Oswin) to lead him out of his semi-retirement. That basically failed when Victorian Clara died. So, when the Doctor retreated further into the past, River set the plan in motion again, this time further in the future. When the time was right, when the Great Intelligence reared it's head again, River (the lady at the shop who probably sold Clara Amy's book series) gave Clara the number to the TARDIS phone. Now, the Doctor is out of his cave, off of his cloud and adventuring again.

The perfect present for the Time Lord that has everything? The Mystery of the Impossible Girl.

I think that the only real girl was Oswin. That leaves the question, WHAT is Clara Oswald? She's not The Flesh. She's not a robot. What is she?

I AM DOING THIS BECAUSE OF REASONS (Sorry about the caps I just get excited and I'm suffering sleep depravation kay thx bai) :D 

1) Something embarrassing your brain always reminds you of in random moments, Any and all of my gayest ships having bootyful gay sex. Or making out. Sometimes I giggle randomly- NOW YOU KNOW WHY (mwahhahahaha)  2) Favourite character from your favourite show and why you like them (or do least fave and why you dislike them)? THIS IS HARD. My fave is either Sherlock from Sherlock, or Dean from Supernatural, but these things change frequently, and now that I've said that I want to take it all back and just say THE ENTIRE CASTS OF EVERYTHING BECAUSE OF REASONS I DO WHAT I WANT. 3) The honest to god most played song in your itunes/whichever music player you use instead? At the moment? It would probably be either Coldplay (Hurts like Heaven/Up with the Birds) because I listen to thier Mylo Xyloto album to get me to sleep, or Demons/Radioactive by Imagine Dragons or Sail by AWOLNATION. I don't use iTunes so  I'm guessing :D  4) A band you feel like other people don’t give more credit/don’t have enough listeners considering how good their music is? IMAGINE DRAGONS I have only just found them but their music is ace (in my opinion) and I know that people have different tastes but they just hit a lot of bases for me :D 5) What is the weirdest GIF in your folders? post it, I know this is bad but I don't know how so I'll just tell you- Its a dog patting a cat on the head (yeah I know boring right)- all my gifs are on my other PC :P 

6) How many pairs of headphones have you had/wrecked? I have only had about three pairs of headphones in my life, one pair is still in my coat pocket and I use them regularly (had them about 3 years- miracles) one pair I gave away to a friend because I'm sure they were blessed (same make as mah 3 year ones) and the last I used for about half a year and then made the mistake of lending them to mah brother (he had broken them within the week).

7) Have you ever had a foam gun battle? Who won? OF COURSE I HAVE AND OF COURSE I WON WHAT DO YOU TAKE ME FOR. I've had a couple, when I was teamed with my bro against my Dad, we won, when it was against my bro we had to call a tie because it was becoming violent and full of subterfuge :D 8) Do you know how to knit or crochet? My Auntie Jen (Queen of Cakes) taught me years back how to knit, and I only sort of remember. 9) If you watch Doctor Who, did you skip the Ninth Doctor? Sadly yes, I have seen enough gifs to know that I missed out on his sassy-ness, but I'm not going to go back and watch him, because I saw a couple but I just didn't find him captivating despite the great things he did for reviving the series. 10) Do you have any add-on’s for tumblr, if so, what do they do? DO NOT COMPUTE. MISSING E. :D  11) If the Doctor/Harry Potter/Dean and Cas/Sherlock/The Avengers/insert character here, turned up at your door and invited you on an adventure, how long would you take  before you managed to get a coherent response out to say of course you’d go with them? HAHAHAHAHAHA I think I would burst into hysterical laughter for at least two minutes before I realised they were serious then I would immediately sober, pick up my (conveniently placed) bag for if ever such an occasion occured then would be on thier heels quick as a flash, my face however would be stretched into the creepiest grin, not blinking, spontaneous giggle fits would continue to occur and jumping up and down at random moments also. (wow long answer calm yourself gees) DONE :D
