I gave up on adding details like a background or even rain so it's basically impossible to tell, but this is meant to be Ashe's little "it's as though the sky weeps" from the start because I always found that funny. Why was he talking like that. He doesn't talk like that at any other point in the story that I can remember what. Relax, Shakespeare.
