I did good today. It was a crap day, but I did good and I am proud of myself and optimistic that tomorrow may be better.

Also I survived it on like 3.5 hours of sleep

Legit proud though I diiiiid do some hair-grippies :\ which wasn’t great. Haven’t done that in a while. :\ It was doubtless the lack of sleep and intense stress. I won’t worry too much.
