the untamed pilot notoriously makes no sense!! but the second episode goes into an extended flashback explaining everything until you're caught up to the present day in like episode 33. and then the plot progresses from there. i have literally no idea why they chose to do it this way
actually i've hit a corner where i'm kind of really vibing with it. glad to know we won't get back to whatever this plot is until THIRTY THREE EPISODES LATER.
