Apparently when I have anxiety dreams I “struggle to breath.” Seriously, this is the second time I remember my husband waking me up from an anxiety dream with those exact words. Anyway, last night’s dream was about me and another woman trying to run away from various people and every time we thought we’d found a new safe place to hide someone would find us, so we never felt safe and we never got to rest.
