being alive is annoying because u can just type something out in an ask anonymously or a text to someone and you send it and then you go away and then your brain goes "fuuuuckkk what if u said three hundred and forty nine slurs and misgendered everyone and were extremely hateful and also attached 19 images of u naked (in the event you attached images)" and you get attacked with the paranoia demon until u go check it. we must study why brains do this
