29. How do you sleep at night?

"How do you sleep at night?" Roman asked, his smooth voice breaking the comfortable silence that had fallen over the room.

Virgil tensed, then shrugged and made sure that his bangs were hiding his eyes. His eyebags were almost as dark as the eyeshadow he put on.

"Uh... not- not well, actually. Nightmares and shit." He's probably going to make fun of Virgil for that. Who still has nightmares? He's a grown ass man, damnit.

But Roman just hummed, and suddenly Virgil felt his arm wrap around his shoulder and his body was being maneuvered into Roman's chest. He could feel his breathing and hear his heartbeat. Virgil sighed in exhaustion, not realizing how tired he was until his eyes started to droop against Roman's chest.

"I'll probably wake up screaming, Ro. Just- Just a warning."

"Shh, stormcloud. You need to rest. I'll be here when you wake up."

With his head against Roman's chest and his heartbeat providing a soothing rhythm, Virgil had his first peaceful sleep in days.

What are your top three tips for ballet :DDD

1. practice A LOT

2. if you’re going to do pointe, be sure to do at least three classes a week. (at least one of them should be a technique or strengthening class)

3. if you’re not having fun then it’s not worth it

2. Who’s the hardest character to draw?: I think probably Bracken, since my design for him has a lot of annoying details.

8. Who’s your go-to fablehaven character to draw?: I'd say either Ronodin or Kendra? Garreth and Eve are also contenders.

1 was “Who’s your favorite character to draw?” and 9 was “Do you prefer to draw fablehaven characters, concepts, scenes, or landscapes?”

1. I really like drawing Eve! I don’t think I’ve ever had a consistent design for any Fablehaven ever and she’s no exception lol. But she always has curly/coily hair and that’s one of my favorite things to draw.

2. I prefer to draw fablehaven characters. Really just because they take a shorter amount of time than a full scene or something, but those can be fun too.
