I was actually nervous as I entered this pod; I had read the guestbook beforehand and there were so many amazing experiences, so I started to compare and start saying "what if's" - what if I can't calm my mind? What if I feel claustrophobic? What if this is a waste of money? OOOOH MY MONKEY MIND WAS ALIVE AND WELL! The monkey in my mind stayed for the first bit, however after practicing some pranayama techniques, I was able to feel present without any senses; elimination of all light & sound and my body just floated. The universe was within me and I rested, completely and fully. My mind drifting in and out of consciousness for 90 minutes. No I didn't experience an epiphany, or find my spirit animal, or release pains like some of the other stories, however I did get to experience pure bliss & quiet, and that was a special feeling.
